性侵犯冒充警察　下藥性侵16歲檳榔西施

新北市一名性侵前科犯，見住處附近的16歲檳榔西施貌美，竟色心大起，假裝是刑警騙她購買5000元的咖啡與檳榔，將檳榔西施騙上車載到摩鐵加以性侵。

根據《中國時報》報導，42歲的詹姓男子為前科累犯，包括多年前曾犯下強姦罪入、4年前再因毒品罪入獄，詹男不久前才出獄以偷竊維生。他發現住處附近16歲的榔攤西施身材姣好，因此利用榔攤西施缺乏社會經驗的弱點，著手擬定性侵計畫。

詹男謊稱自己是刑警，本(8)月中旬以「需要辦案零食」為由，到檳榔攤購買5000元的檳榔及咖啡，再假裝要檳榔西施跟他一起向友人取款，將檳榔西施騙上車後，再下藥將檳榔西施載到摩鐵加以性侵。

檳榔西施遭到性侵後，摩鐵服務人員發現房間有異狀，進入驚見她全裸、失去意識，趕緊報警。檢警成立專案小組偵辦，2天後將詹男追緝到案，警方還在詹男轎車後車廂找到假陽具、皮鞭等大量情趣用品。
