河濱自行車道，自行車撞自行車可以求償嗎？

我上週也發生過類似狀況哩!對A車比較有主觀性的同理心!

話說也是在河濱夜騎，一台u-bike踩的很猛飛快的刷卡超車(我知它好騎~但也不用那樣衝吧你)

我前面還有兩台車，4台車 ~我在最後

因前面兩台車速度相對較慢(但也正常狀況)

在u-bike那位老兄從後方超過3台車後~我也跟上..

就在要過前面兩台車時，u-bike突然變緩最後停下不動下車..

很誇張的狀況~我跟在後根本無法反應的緊急煞車~後輪甩前輪位置(沒撞上)

語助詞x 一聲~u-bike也連忙說抱歉.. ~我搖搖頭嘆了一聲離開

..............回程還看到一對男女把u-bike兩台橫在路道上拍照!(每個人都要繞道)

(這不是針對u-bike~我想是人的問題)

樓主狀況!我不覺得是和什安全距離有關係( 那太難介定了)

是B車有點機車..超了車又突然右切( 整條路都給你好了 )

照理若他有回頭看一下後方就可避免
