因應空難衝擊 馬航計劃重整

（中央社台北29日電）彭博報導，馬來西亞航空公司（Malaysian Airline System Bhd.）指出，今年兩次空難對公司財務所有影響將僅在下半年見到，因持有多數股權的大股東準備宣布重整計畫。

馬航昨天指出，即使上月飛機在烏克蘭遭到擊落，導致平均每週訂位立即縮減33%前，馬航上季（截至6月）已連6季虧損。

知情人士指出，主權財富基金─財富基金國庫控股（Khazanah Nasional Bhd.）正考慮裁員、審查飛機訂單，以及尋求新執行長。

馬航今年以來市值流失19%，財富基金國庫控股本月稍早提出13.8億馬幣（4.38億美元）收購方案，將導致馬航下市，預定今年年底完成。

參與重整的知情人士說，馬航可能需要裁減3000至4000人。根據彭博彙整數據，截至2013年底，馬航雇用19577名員工。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）1030829
