宏碁旗下創投將入股自建雲盟友

宏碁(2353)創辦人施振榮轉任自建雲首席建構師，他今天出席宏碁基金會舉辦的宏碁創新獎記者會時表示，9月1日將會有新投資總監加入團隊，負責做自建雲上下游產業投資評估，董事長黃少華將兼任投資長，最快年底前會有投資標的對外公布。

宏碁100％持有的兩家創投「群碁」、「Acer Soft capital」今年分別增資6億元、4.5億元，為投資盟友及技術團隊做準備。施振榮表示，盟友為加入宏碁開放平台必須開發新技術以支持新服務，宏碁必須投資對方共同承擔風險，而宏碁扶持伙伴營運模式上軌道後，幫盟友抬轎成功也需有所回饋，基於上述原因，宏碁會有投資基金在年底前公布參股名單。（王郁倫／台北報導）
