請問一部越戰俘虜美軍官的電影

記得在電視看過一部電影
好像是越戰,一名美軍軍官被越南士兵俘虜
一路要帶回基地,途中其它越兵一直虐待美軍官
唯其中一名越兵沒有欺壓美軍官,還適度保護軍官
後來整個越軍幾乎被消滅,最後那名善良的越兵與美軍官也分道揚鑣
該名美軍官也回到部隊繼續服役
在一次兩軍交烽,該名善良的越兵反而落入美軍攻擊
越兵在困獸之鬥,最後卻在曾被其照顧的美軍官前來解圍
並將越兵後送就醫...

大概劇情如上,但不知是何片名,也未曾再看過
在google也找不出來,不知有沒有誰曾看過這部影片?
感覺像是真人真事的影片...
