熟女憂前夫找女人「滅火」　做愛後卻告性侵

一名男子與妻子離婚後仍然同住，6月間因慾火難耐向前妻表示：「如果妳不跟我做愛，我就要找別人滅火。」前妻擔心男子真的和別的女人做愛，因此「勉強」發生性關係，但事後卻提告性侵。

偵訊期間男子供稱，當天和前妻的談話純屬玩笑，而且也是前妻自己願意配合性交，並無違反前妻意願。

全案經檢方訊後認定，如果女子只因前夫說要找別的女人「滅火」，擔心前夫真的會和別的女人發生性關係而配合性交，並不算違反意願，因此在今天予以不起訴處分。
