初生女嬰遭鼠嚙　3手指鼻子被咬掉

南非約翰尼斯堡一名1個月大女嬰，在家中睡覺時，竟被「食人老鼠」襲擊，咬掉3隻手指與部份鼻子。

才1個月大的葉康儀（Erena Yekanyi）上周一在屋內睡覺，她的母親正在屋外洗衣服，突然聽到她的哭聲，走入屋內見到她全身是血。葉康儀目前仍在住院，由於家人無力支付手術費，仍未能進行手術。

南非的「食人老鼠」惡名昭彰，曾有多名兒童和老人在睡覺時被咬死，牠們的體積比正常老鼠大得多，據稱連同尾巴身長可達90公分以上，牙齒長2.5公分。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
