藝人房祖名、柯震東遭拘留，雖然頂著明星光環，待遇完全比照拘留所內的在押人員。
 
根據規定，房祖名和柯震東每天早上6點半起床，晚上10點就寢。白天可以看書，晚上有電視可看，限新聞頻道。三餐吃得簡單，以饅頭、白飯、青菜為主。如果家屬願意提供金援，也可以加菜。
 
盥洗方面，柯震東和房祖名可以每天洗澡。以北京朝陽看守所來說，洗澡限時3分鐘，冷水澡可以天天洗。柯、房兩人目前分別被拘留在北京市東城區拘留所、北京市東城區看守所，形同囚犯的生活，際遇不可同日而語。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
