白狼張安樂案 檢不起訴處分

前竹聯幫大老、中華統一促進黨總裁張安樂，因涉案潛逃大陸17年而被通緝，先後歷經3位總統，直到馬英九上任後，才在去年6月29日搭機返台；雖然當時警方一共出動上千名警力「接機」，但台北地檢署檢方在今（20）日偵結不起訴。

白狼張安樂在1996年逃亡大陸後即被檢方發佈通緝，通緝的時效是到2022年1月截止，因此才會歷經17年無法返台。

不過，全案經台北地檢署檢方偵結後認為，白狼張安樂所涉案情，相關共犯先前不是獲判無罪就是不起訴，再加上恐嚇案件的追溯時效已過，且涉案當時《組織犯罪條例》尚未公佈施行，因此偵結後予以不起訴。
