[問題]關於這塊RS880PM-AM主機板的問題

今天去光華商場買了一塊
撼訊AXR9-270 2GBD5-TDHE/OC/2G DDR5/19.8CM
想裝到我的主機上RS880PM-AM
可是我去取機的時候工程師說裝上去無法辨識
我詢問原因他說是我的主機板規格老舊不支援
請我試試看跟ACER聯絡有沒有辦法用這塊主機板去驅動
因此我回去退錢而賣給我的那間我又詢問一次他說這塊主機板是PCI的腳位
聽到這兩個答案很霧煞煞
所以我回家立刻查了這塊主機板的相關規格

問題:
1.查詢後發現是PCI-E的腳位沒錯但是為什麼裝上去會不能驅動呢？
2.如果真的無法使用這塊顯示卡，那有哪些規格可以使用？

AMD或者NVIDA都可以請大大推薦一下幫忙解惑
