中山國中棒球隊 明赴美比賽

〔自由時報記者蘇孟娟／台中報導〕中山國中棒球隊七日將出征美國，挑戰世界少棒聯盟JLB次青少棒錦標賽，這也是中山棒球隊暌違廿年後，再度挺進世界少棒聯盟錦標賽。

市府教育局指出，世界少棒聯盟JLB次青少棒錦標賽訂於八日到十七日在美國底特律舉行世界賽，亞太區由中山國中取得代表權，將由校長張梅鳳擔任領隊，率領十三名球員、總教練藍文權和教練、學務主任林永森出征。

林永森指出，中山棒球隊廿年前曾取得世界少棒聯盟青少棒錦標賽代表權（十四、十五歲組），當年球隊在世界盃取得世界第三的成績；暌違廿年後，今年中山棒球隊再度取得前進世界少棒聯盟錦標賽代表權，將挑戰次青少棒錦標賽（十三、十四歲組）。

林永森說，廿年前他擔任球隊教練，現任總教練藍文權正好是球隊球員，廿年後，藍文權帶領學弟出征，意義非凡。
