豪雨釀災 波士尼亞水患嚴重

波士尼亞境內連日豪大雨，引發河流潰堤，淹沒眾多房屋與路面；今年5月，同樣的地區才遭到120年來最嚴重的水患侵襲，損失慘重。
波國當局今天(6日)宣布進入緊急狀態，救難人員紛紛趕至中北部，協助撤離民眾，不過對許多人而言，這已是今年第二回逃離家園。大雨從5日開始傾盆而下，預計將持續到7日。
今年5月，巴爾幹半島發生120年來最嚴重的洪災，肆虐大片地區，光在波士尼亞就有400萬人流離失所。而波士尼亞、塞爾維亞及克羅埃西亞等國的房屋、教堂、清真寺及道路，都被夾雜泥沙的河水淹沒，至少造成57人死亡，估計損失達數十億美元。
