丙烯是石化原料　綠委打臉經濟部次長

高雄氣爆引爆中央與地方責任歸屬爭議，民進黨立委段宜康下午在臉書貼文指出，經濟部次長杜紫軍昨指「丙烯是石油化學材料業」，不屬經濟部主管，但根據官方分類，根本沒有「石油化學材料業」這一行，丙烯列在「石油化工原料製造業」，批杜故意扭曲名詞、躲避責任。

段宜康指，根據行政院主計總處「中華民國行業標準分類」及經濟部「公司行號營業項目代碼表」，都沒有「石油化學材料業」。且《石油管理法》規範的也是「石化原料」，如果丙烯歸類為「石化原料」，那麼從進出口、運送、販售都得依《石油管理法》規範，權責在中央，經濟部就得擔起責任。（黃揚明／台北報導）
