宏達電8月有兩大亮點，將選在同一天於日本東京端出蝴蝶機2代，並在美國紐約端出搭載WP系統的旗艦機，兩大旗艦機同時出鞘，挹注第3季銷售動能。

宏達電先前發出媒體邀請函，8月19日將在日本東京攜手日本電信廠商au KDDI發表蝴蝶機2代，命名為「HTC J butterfly HTL23」。

新一代蝴蝶機除主攻日本市場，也將前進台灣、香港、越南、南亞等地。

宏達電執行長周永明將赴東京站台，能不能再度吹響號角，立下戰功，各界都相當關注。

蝴蝶機2代將配備5吋螢幕，相機採用1300萬畫素、200萬畫素的Duo Camera設計，支援景深相機功能，並搭載防水功能，支援4G LTE與WiMAX2+。

此外，宏達電也將在8月19日於美國紐約發表旗下首款支援Windows Phone 8.1作業系統的旗艦機W8，並與美國AT&T、Verizon Wireless合作。

市場指出，W8將搭載BoomSound音效、雙鏡頭景深相機，並沿用M8的全金屬外殼，預料新機將會在今年第3季上市。(中央社)
