高雄氣爆造成嚴重死傷，高雄市政府請求中央協助災後重建19億元，不過行政院長江宜樺昨卻提出三不原則「不建專責機構、不編特別預算、不立專門法案」，遭在野黨質疑不近人情，國民黨立委盧嘉辰今（5）日表示「別說行政院不近人情，結果最重要」。

盧嘉辰表示，如果行政院能撥出經費，全力來配合救災的工作，那麼不要因為江院長的三不原則，就說行政院沒有誠意或不近人情，「我們看結果，不要只看過程」，現在讓高雄重建福園，安置災民，盡快恢復原本的生活，才是現階段最重要的事情。

至於立法院臨時會原訂本週排審示範區條例，身為經濟委員會召集委員，同時也是高雄市區域的國民黨立委黃昭順表示，如果救災未完成，原則上不開會，等救災告一段落，才有可能北上開會。

民進黨黨團幹事長蔡其昌則呼籲黃昭順，高雄氣爆人命不能等，應以救災工作為第一優先考量，大家要先放下藍綠和朝野的對抗，中央地方同心協力，才能盡快恢復高雄原本的生活。
