子民遭斬首輪暴 馬尼拉再促菲人撤離利比亞

菲律賓今天(31日)再次敦促數以千計的菲律賓國民離開局勢動盪的利比亞。

菲律賓外交部說，由於利比亞敵對派系的民兵威脅要撕裂國家，在當地的1萬3,000名菲律賓人必須回國；菲律賓外交部再次呼籲目前仍留在利比亞的菲律賓國民，立即與在利比亞首都的黎波里的菲律賓大使館連繫，並辦理回國登記。

這是不到2週內，馬尼拉當局第二度要求菲律賓人離開利比亞。

這個月20日，利比亞第二大城班加西1家醫院內發現了1名被斬首菲律賓建築工人的遺體；菲律賓政府當天就從下令菲律賓人撤離利比亞。

今天稍早，菲律賓外交部證實，1名菲律賓護士30日被劫持、並慘遭輪暴。馬尼拉當局因而再次呼籲國民離開利比亞。
