彭博報導，美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）指出，即使失業率出乎意外下滑，勞動市場仍有很大改善空間，升高聯準會維持利率低檔機率。

聯準會決策官員昨決議持續縮減刺激規模，連續第6個月減碼購債100億美元，維持10月終結這項收購資產計畫的步調。

聯邦公開市場委員會（Federal Open MarketCommittee，FOMC）在聲明中表示，「一連串勞動市場指標顯示，勞動力資源的利用仍明顯不足」。並未提到失業率升高的字眼。

此外，聯準會表示通貨膨脹已攀升，接近其目標。

這項聲明凸顯聯準會主席葉倫（Janet Yellen）一直以來強調的勞動市場較廣泛指標，諸如疲弱薪資成長和就業不足，作為5年多來聯準會維持利率接近零水準的理由。

新澤西Stone & McCarthy Research經濟分析師希恩（Terry Sheehan）指出：「這反映葉倫堅定相信就業市場存在很大改善空間，而他們部分任務就是持續提供寬鬆一些時間。」（譯者：中央社徐睿承）1030731
