颱風外圍影響北部大雷雨　今明各地都有雨

中央氣象局指出，輕度颱風娜克莉外圍環流掃過，今晨北部出現大雷雨，氣象局也發布大雨特報指出，受颱風外圍環流影響，今日北部地區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，請民眾注意瞬間大雨、雷擊及強陣風。

氣象局表示，今、明2天是颱風外圍影響台灣最明顯的時間，全台各地都有短暫陣雨，尤其北部、東北部及中南部地區雨勢較明顯，有可能出現局部性大雨。

氣象局表示，菲律賓東方海面的輕度颱風娜克莉，持續向北北西方向移動，雖未發布警報，但受其外圍環流影響，今、明天各地都有短暫陣雨，沿海風浪增。

溫度方面，因降雨關係，白天高溫有機會稍降1至2℃，預測高溫約在32至34℃之間。另編號第11號的輕度颱風哈隆目前位關島附近，距台2600多公里，未來幾天不會影響台灣的天氣。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
