小弟目前~ 54.5kg左右,體脂肪大約為14.3
但想要增加點肌肉量,希望56kg 體脂肪大約13.5
因為目前時間有限飲食部分無法自行準備水煮食物,只能以外食為主
運動方面約2~3天 跑7000一次 然後以仰臥起坐與伏地挺身為主
所以想問還可以怎麼精進訓練過程呢?! 謝謝大家了 XD
