標題[問題] 有人在Forwarder做co-load 嗎?

個人在Forwarder做海運進/出口文件op 因公司福利/制度都沒有很好 所以想轉職 ex:加班費未照勞基法 (同行很多公司都有) 請假不能只請幾小時 至少要請半天....... 有同行徵co-load介紹我去 可是個人自己考量 co-load要開櫃壓力好像很大 (雖然也可以學到很多東西) 且consol文件操作 壓力就是比一般文件操作還要大 co-load是不是還要常跑同行要貨? 這樣不是跟sales很像? 會整天打電話跟同行要貨嗎? 個人覺得做co-load 數字概念要很強 但我數字概念很差 個性也不喜歡做太複雜的東西 做文件op還可以就是 從沒想過要找co-lead的工作 但前兩天去面談後 他們主管說我整個想太多 說什麼co不到貨壓力也不會我 是在主管身上.... 我是很疑惑啦 所以來請教大家 有心得可以分享一下嗎? 感激不盡~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.159.16.177 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1406740000.A.B86.html
