標題[討論] 南科聯電面談

小妹社會新鮮人私立資管碩畢 上星期五(7/25)去南科聯電面談 職務為12吋新廠的cim工程師 當天做了邏輯測驗,性向測驗,英文 接下來就跟一位cim主管面談 面談的過程主管說他覺得我不錯 他覺得我可以做這份工作 但是他說現在沒有辦法跟我保證 要等1~2個禮拜才有確定的結果 然後他請另一個mes主管過來面談 接下來又面談了兩位主管的主管 我想應該就是版上說的二級主管吧 面談完了二級主管又跟人資面談 和人資面談的過程都是聊天 都沒有詳細提到薪資或是上班的日期等等 那天我從下午一點面談到了六點半 現在內心非常忐忑 覺得要等兩個禮拜很煎熬 雖然當天cim主管說了很多誇獎的話 但是其他兩位主管還有人資都沒有特別明顯的感覺 不知道這樣機會大不大 主管會不會當天只是講好聽話安慰我 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.96.201.242 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1406529744.A.674.html
