星元電廠股票 3壽險出手

開發金控要出售20％的星元電力公司股票，意外搶手，除南山人壽出價13元想買下全部股權，星元電原始股東國泰人壽21日董事會再通過提高收購價格到每股13.7元，中國人壽22日也公告要用13.7元搶下17％的星元電股票。

星元電廠原始股東有台汽電、東京電力、兆豐銀、國壽等，每年發電490MW（百萬瓦），全數由台電收購，年化投資報酬率有6∼8％。開發工銀5月公告預計以每股13元的價格，總價8.58億元，將20％的星元電力股權賣給南山人壽，但合約有但書，即原始股東如台汽電、東京電力、兆豐銀、國壽有優先議約權。

國壽6月公告，要用每股13.5元、總價8.91億元的價格，要買下20％的星元電廠股票，之後便能以總持股29％，成為星元電廠第二大股東，但斡旋一個多月，有3％股權已確定被其他具有優先承購權的股東搶走，目前仍有多組買家要爭買17％的星元電廠股票，因此國壽21日再度提高收購價格到每股13.7元，總收購金額7.7億元。

中壽在22日公告，同樣是用每股13.7元的價格，總價7.69億元要買17％的星元電廠股票，但中壽並未在原始股東的優先承購名單上，在同樣價格的條件下，中壽可能要再加價才有機會出線。
