噁心！路邊偷衣直接穿　被害人搖手不敢要

新北市1名前科累累的陳姓男子(37歲)，昨天上午6時許在新莊區建興街上，看見路旁1戶人家在雨遮下晾的衣服，突然起了貪念，隨手偷了2件上衣與1件女用短褲，被警方逮捕時身上穿的衣物就是被害人家中成員的，被害人見狀直呼噁心，搖搖手說這件送你了。
 
警方表示，昨天接獲報案後，根據被害人提供的監視器畫面，隨即鎖定陳男，傍晚7時許，轄區警員巡邏時，就在新莊中和、復興路口發現陳男正在閒晃，隨即帶回偵訊，陳男表示因為無業，所以沒錢買新衣服，路過被害人家門外時，就順手拿了幾件，並馬上替換，穿不下的就隨手丟在路邊，由於罪證確鑿，警訊後依竊盜罪送辦。（張貴翔／新北報導）
