影音系統的新人，很多不懂的事情要發問，卻找不到地方
希望在這裡發問不會弄錯。

最近剛入手了海美迪的Q5II
將在網路上找的藍光原盤影片(Mkv檔)放入外接式硬碟中播放
卻發現只有聲音沒有影像
請問這問題有辦法處理嗎？
是不是要去哪裡下載什麼官方補丁之類的東西？
