器捐突破　捐贈者三等親、配偶可望受惠

台灣器捐法令大進步。衛生福利部擬定「人體器官移植分配及管理辦法(草案)」，規定曾捐贈器官者，其三等血親或配偶未來如有器官移植需求時，若沒有其他病情更嚴重者也在等器官，則會被列為優先分配對象，此制預計最快7月底可上路。

器官捐贈登錄移植中心董事長李伯璋今表示，按現行制度，死後器捐時，家人可將器官捐給指定的五等血、姻親，但這些家屬當時若無器官移植需求，器官仍會分配出去，當日後需人器捐，還是得和一般等待者一起排隊等器官。

李伯璋表示，此案公告後，待移植的民眾可告訴移植醫院、親屬曾經器捐，而2005年前曾捐贈者的親屬，資料都由各醫院留存，所以這些器捐者的三等親或配偶，都可到捐贈醫院取得證明，日後即可優先分配。他估計全台約有100名器官等待者可受惠。

衛福部醫事司司長李偉強表示，草案現正在7天預告期，蒐集各界意見後，經公告程序，最快7月底實施。（張博亭／台北報導）
