節電獎勵擬修正　最低保證折扣80元

台電擬修正實施6年的「節電獎勵措施」，將現行「級距（節電率）折扣」改為「實際省電量折扣」，未來用戶用電比上年同期省1度以上，每度將給0.6元折扣；另新增「最低保證折扣」，若折扣金額低於80元，一律以80元計算，台電估對現行7成用戶影響不大，但用電大戶折扣恐將縮水。

現行台電節電獎勵措施為依級距給予折扣，用戶當期（2個月1期）用電量比上年同期節省「未滿5％」、「5％以上、未滿10％」、「10％以上」，下期電費分別給予5％、10％、20％的折扣。

台電內部評估認為，現行制度形同「鼓勵用電多但節電少的人」，造成「每度節電量不等值」，每期電費1萬元的用戶省1度電可獲得500元獎勵金，但電費1千元的用戶省1度只有50元獎勵金，因此研議修正。

台電表示，新方案將朝「省電越多獎勵金越多」及「考慮一般多數用戶不受影響」方向修正，對每期用電660度、相當於70%的用戶影響不大，將等經濟部裁示後，最快今年底就可實施。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
