桃園縣一名83歲老翁賣地獲利上億元，但分贈子女後，卻不願繳交贈與稅與罰鍰，經過數次協調勸說無效，今晚被送進看守所。

法務部行政執行署桃園分署晚間表示，83歲黃姓老翁民國93年間賣地獲利新台幣1億餘元後，將部分金額贈與子女後，被稅捐機關查獲拒繳贈與稅及罰鍰共1900多萬元。

老翁今天遭拘提說明，仍不願繳納，桃園分署經多次勸說，仍遭老翁拒絕繳納。

桃園分署向法院聲請管收，而老翁在開庭時，仍不願接受協商出的繳稅提案，最後被法官裁准管收，今晚被送進看守所。(中央社)
