海軍陸戰隊台東富岡營區一名劉姓下士昨(10)日站哨時舉槍自盡。媒體報導，劉男曾因情緒方面問題求助於精神科，診斷後雖未確診患有精神病，但是軍方仍排站哨而挨轟。

據《蘋果日報》報導，死者的同袍表示，劉男下部隊2年，由義務役士兵轉服志願役，先前在花蓮連本部接業務，疑因壓力太大而出現精神問題；劉姓下士在上個月有過相關就診紀錄，診斷後雖未確診患有精神病，但是長官也沒有進行相關輔導，事發後卻指劉姓下士自殺是因為精神疾病，但劉男的「國軍身心狀況評量表」把他分類為一般組，行為正常。

軍中人權促進會會長陳碧娥痛批軍方的說法自相矛盾，她質疑，「軍方既然知道劉姓下士曾因精神病求診，還排他站哨？」民進黨立委黃偉哲痛批，這代表自洪仲丘案以來，軍方仍不肯自我反省檢討。
