內政部下禁令 限制公務員赴大陸進修

內政部已研訂相關辦法，將於近期內下達禁令，限制現職公務人員及國安人員，不得到大陸地區，從事入學進修、選修學分、專題研究等各種型態的進修活動。

內政部部務會報日前通過修正「台灣地區公務員及特定身分人員進入大陸地區許可辦法」第8條，禁止現職的公務人員及國安人員，包括國家安全局、國防部、法務部調查局及其所屬各級機關未具公務員身分的人員，但機敏性很高的人員，限制進入大陸地區進修。

內政部官員表示，所謂公務員赴大陸進修活動，是包括遠距教學在內都加以限制。官員說，會有這樣的禁令，除了政府並無規劃開放公務員進入大陸地區進修的政策，也考慮到一般人民的觀感。
