天達投顧指出，相對於美國高收益債較為鬆散的籌資條件，未來可能面對違約風險；歐洲高收益債籌資條件較謹慎，且歐洲貨幣政策維持寬鬆，將有助於降低利率風險。

天達投顧評估，隨著歐洲經濟復甦、企業發債籌資相對謹慎，歐洲高收益債違約率可望持續下降，並維持在2%以下。

天達投顧表示，上半年歐美企業獲利下修，造成投資市場波動，但歐洲企業財務體質持續改善；根據美銀美林證券統計，今年全球高收益債市違約率維持低檔，其中新興高收益債、歐洲高收益債違約率逐月遞減。

美林調查，5月558家歐洲高收益企業只有3家違約，歐洲高收益債違約率僅0.54%，為歷史相對低檔；反觀美國高收益債，雖仍處於相對低檔，但今年4月起，違約率已略為上升。

天達投顧認為，美國高收益債受投資人過度追捧，約有55%美高收益債籌資條件鬆散，意味著企業擁有較低廉的違約成本。美企業發行高收益債籌資，目的多在配發股息、或買回庫藏股，不利債權人。

天達引述高盛證券預估，2014、2015年美國企業將用近3成的現金買回股票，此舉相對有利於股東，但卻不利於債權人，預估下半年違約率將自低點攀升。(中央社)
