法國法院下令引渡猶太博物館槍擊凶嫌

法國首都巴黎西區的凡爾賽(Versailles)法院今天(26日)下令，引渡猶太博物館槍擊案的嫌犯到比利時受審。
比利時首都布魯塞爾的猶太博物館在5月24日發生一起槍殺案，造成4人死亡，案發後法國警方逮捕29歲的阿爾及利亞裔法國籍嫌犯奈穆許(Mehdi Nemmouche)。
凡爾賽法院裁定奈穆許在遭到法國警方監禁多日後，應該交由案發地的比利時法院審判他的罪行。
而且歐盟已對奈穆許發出通緝令，要求將他引渡到比利時受審。
不過奈穆許決定提出上訴，這等於是意味著他被引渡到比利時受審，可能還要拖上一段時間。
奈穆許的辯護律師佩皮耶札普(Apolin Pepiezep)說，上訴是他的客戶應有的權利，他也準備替客戶提出上訴。
奈穆許曾在敘利亞生活1年多，他是在5月30日抵達法國南部馬賽(Marseille)時，遭海關幹員逮捕，當局查獲他持有卡拉希尼柯夫突擊步槍、另一把手槍和一支據信供稱犯案的40秒影片。
