打房出重手　央行：第3戶房貸最高5成

央行今天舉行理監事會，會後宣布維持利率不變，台灣央行已連續12季維持重貼現率1.875%不變。

房貸管制區域，央行也宣布，購屋貸款管制新增新北市4個行政區包含五股區、泰山區、八里區、鶯歌區，及桃園縣4個行政區包含桃園市、蘆竹市、中壢市、龜山鄉。這些區域第2戶房貸不得超過6成。央行總裁彭淮南並說明，這些新增區域，過去3年半以來房價上漲超過40%。

此外，全國不分區借款人第3戶購屋貸款最高不得超過5成，高價住宅最高成數降為5成，法人購屋貸款最高成數5成。（林巧雁／台北報導）
