我的皮膚是混合性的敏感肌膚。T字這幾個月來狂出油（生活習慣無明顯改變），粉刺嚴 重。今天早上第一次體驗做臉清粉刺，沒想到美容師跟我說，我的臉上有大約十顆小肉芽 ，可能是因為皮膚代謝異常所致，也可能是保養品太營養。 我平日晚上並不擦保養品，早上會使用倩碧2號潔膚水及潤膚膠，加上植村秀泡沫隔離霜 。每天幾乎都在冷氣房。想請問板上的大家，我的保養過程哪裡出了問題?肉芽的部份該 怎麼避免?再麻煩大家推薦我可以幫助肌膚健康代謝的保養品（本來考慮albion，但爬文 好像太滋補?!），感謝。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 49.158.100.164 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/BeautySalon/M.1403333772.A.851.html
