患有憂鬱症的黃姓男子，因長期失業、對時政不滿，又受到政論節目影響，從今年5月起，連續傳真7封恐嚇信到總統府及立委蔡正元、江惠貞、台北市議員王鴻薇等人的辦公室，刑事局昨將黃嫌查獲依恐嚇罪嫌送辦，檢方複訊後責付給家人。
