標題[請益] offer有關所得稅和二代健保問題

如果公司 薪資分成底薪和獎金兩部分發放(不同日期發放), 照公司的算法, 底薪5號給, 會扣所得稅預繳5%. 獎金部分25號給, 因為此屬於二代健保, 待獎金累積超過4倍底薪之後, 公司開始"主動"每次發放獎金時預扣2%? (第一個問題是薪資單就會主動扣嗎?) 至於所得稅報稅時, 所得總額應該還是包含 "底薪 + 獎金"? 那麼底薪預繳過了, 獎金是不是也還要在抽一次稅? 如果累計稅率是12%, 也就是底薪部分還要繳7% (5%預繳), 獎金部分還要12%稅率?
