律師申請具保停押　北院裁定駁回！趙藤雄續押

遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄向法院申請具保停押，台北地方法院18日下午2時30分開庭，法官經過評議後決定將趙藤雄還押看守所。

涉嫌行賄官員共謀營建開發弊案，而被法院裁定羈押禁見關入台北看守所的遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄，認為以完整交代送錢經過，因此透過律師向法院聲請具保停押，而台北地院也在收到聲請後，於在18日下午2點30分提訊趙藤雄，開庭審理有無續行羈押必要，經過一個多小時評議，法官認為趙藤雄還是有羈押必壓，因此駁回趙藤雄停押的申請。

遠雄集團的發言人楊舜欽事後表示，非常遺憾，因董事長已經將所有細節交代清楚，且沒有串證滅證的必要，才會申請具保停押，對結果感到遺憾，會等收到裁定理由之後再提起抗告。
