Trevor Cahill不復2010年在運動家拿下18勝的身手，本季於響尾蛇只有1勝6敗自責分率5.66，被球團下放到高階1A還被打爆，僅先發2局失掉4分。

Cahill在2012年轉投效響尾蛇，當年還有13勝12敗的雙位數勝投成績，2013年8勝10敗，今年表現像是坐溜滑梯一樣直線下降。

26歲的Cahill本季出賽19場，繳出1勝6敗自責分率5.66的難看數據，開季沒多久就被移除先發輪值，改到牛棚待命。根據合約，Cahill明年還有保障年薪1200萬美元。

Cahill通過讓渡程序被下放到小聯盟，一般通常是到3A磨練，但他直接被降到高階1A，不過他的身手連這個層級的打者都無法壓制。今天(13日)他先發出戰天使高階1A，先發2局失4分吞敗，其中還挨了1支3分砲。
