請問更新完6.0的ONEMAX

請問各位有ONE MAX的大大，更新完6.0後
打字選"逐字" "而"(無法用注音文表示就是點那個發音 無法顯示)這個字打得出來嗎?

我今天向客服反映，他說我是個案
可是我去門市用其他ONE MAX改逐字輸入一樣也有這個問題

有大大可以幫忙測試看看嗎?
希望我不是個案，我已經恢復原廠兩次，清除HTC鍵盤資料兩次
還是沒有解決...
