為了讓彰化縣的身心障礙者及其家屬歡度端午佳節，31日彰化縣政府結合11大身心障礙福利團體的身障朋友，透過活動一起體驗傳統團圓包粽的樂趣，副縣長林田富開心的參與活動，與身障朋友提早歡度端午佳節。

林副縣長表示，為了讓身心障礙朋友一起感受民俗節慶的氣氛，今日活動亦安排大小復康巴士提供交通協助外，更有應景的民俗活動、闖關活動、身心障礙朋友精采出眾的才藝表演。另外，縣府這幾年為了讓身心障礙朋友在各方面得到更好的照顧，縣府截至今年為止共採購43部復康巴士，提供身障朋友「行」的便利，讓參與之身障朋友們相當感動。

會中林副縣長並摸彩頒贈頭獎液晶電視一台，由社團法人彰化縣脊髓損傷重建協會周小姐獲得，周小姐並開心表示直說真好、真幸運。

今日活動內容非常豐富，除了號召志工製作愛心粽，還規劃了端午節習俗遊戲，包括快手包粽、製作香包、手工皂製作教學及午時立雞蛋等；並推出親子闖關遊戲、各類主題單位及美食小站，使與會嘉賓及民眾盡情享受端午佳節。
