鴻海老臣收回扣案　檢今偵結起訴6人

針對鴻海採購高層集體收受回扣案，台北地檢署檢方在今（21）日完成偵結，一共起訴包含前資深副總廖萬成等6人。

根據了解，除了廖萬成涉嫌長期利用簽核採購機會向廠商索取回扣，前SMT總幹事兼經理鄧志賢，以及曾負責iPhone生產線設備採購的游吉安，和曾負責iPad生產線設備採購的陳志釧與台商郝緒光等人，都因被檢方認定涉及不法而起訴，並且因總計不法金額破億，恐怕將面臨7年以上徒刑。
