民進黨批馬迴避問題　「失敗政策當政績」

馬英九總統昨在就職6周年演說中，提出促進青年創業等5項青年政策方向，民進黨批馬迴避22K、派遣工比例增加等實際問題，把過去失敗政策當政績。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，民進黨發言人張惇涵指出，馬英九在演說中列舉多項實習或建教合作計畫，實際上這些都是既有政策，且早已證明無效；台灣青年失業率在2000年為7.36％，當時還低於日、韓等國，2010年飆升至13.09％，遠超過韓國、日本，去年更攀升至13.17％，且長期失業青年比率持續增加，馬英九根本是把失敗政策當政績。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
