共同社報導，日本大阪大學副教授境慎司（基礎工程學專業）等研究人員昨天宣佈，已成功在體外培養出複雜的人體毛細血管網路。

研究小組說明，血管網路是人體生命線，能為誘導多能幹細胞（iPS細胞）和胚胎幹細胞（ES細胞）生成的組織和臟器提供氧氣和養分，希望目前的成果有助於培養立體臟器和進行器官移植，對再生醫療作出貢獻。

科研人員將血管內皮細胞覆蓋的肝臟細胞和膠狀軟管（直徑約0.3公釐）放入容器中，血管細胞主動相連、逐漸形成血管網。向軟管主體部分注入培養液後，培養液就像血液般流進了血管網。

共同社說，這項成果將在東京大學20日舉行的國際研討會發表。(中央社)
