台越混血兒藝人、有「越南林志玲」之稱的藝人海倫清桃，今（15）日參加民進黨立委田秋堇、台灣和平草根聯盟，在立法院所舉行記者會表示，希望越南民眾冷靜，如果把台商嚇跑，「對你們很不利，以後工作怎麼辦」。

海倫清桃表示，希望越南民眾不要攻擊台商，已經有很多台灣人向她求救，她也發給30多家越南媒體表達看法。

目前擔任台越旅遊大使的海倫清桃說，有網友在她的臉書留言「要我滾回越南」，讓她心很痛、很悶，希望雙方都能冷靜，也呼籲越南勞工，如果把台商嚇跑，「對你們很不利，以後工作怎麼辦」。

台灣和平草根聯盟表示，希望媒體報導時，不應混淆「排中」與「排華」，避免造成雙方人民不必要的誤解，並高喊「互相尊重、勿以暴制暴」。

聯盟表示，台灣和越南這幾年來互動良好，政府應該拿出經濟實力和友善誠意，保護台商身家安全和權益，另期盼政府應該保護包括越南在內的新住民，避免受到威脅。
