刀鋒戰士脫罪出新招：有焦慮症

南非刀鋒戰士皮斯托瑞斯(Oscar Pistorius)槍殺女友案，昨天進入第31天的庭審。辯護律師團再出新招，稱皮斯托瑞斯患有焦慮症，檢察官則要求他去做精神鑑定。

皮斯托瑞斯去年情人節在家中開槍射殺模特兒女友，全案於今年3月3日開庭審理。皮斯托瑞斯及其辯護團隊一口咬定是把女友當成入室劫匪開槍誤殺，但檢察官試圖證實皮斯托瑞斯是與女友爭吵後故意開槍殺人。

13日的庭審中，檢辯雙方的交鋒焦點在於皮斯托瑞斯的精神狀態。12日開始連續兩天出庭作證的辯方證人、心理醫生梅麗爾·沃斯特當庭宣稱，皮斯托瑞斯有焦慮症，這在他處理個人問題和感情關係時表現尤為明顯，並稱這可能會使他在遇到犯罪的時候產生高度的恐懼感，進而成為一個危險的人。

對此項宣稱，檢察官要求皮斯托瑞斯住到精神病院一個月，徹底檢查其精神狀況。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
