3D列印下巴　超服貼

想改善下巴偏短問題，以往多會植入下巴模改善，不過往往受限於制式尺寸和規格，無法完全貼合每人下顎線條，開業整形外科醫師張博全表示，若植入的材質不完全貼合人體組織，或是線條太僵硬，前者從側面看易發現植入痕跡而穿幫，後者會變成很不自然的「錐子臉」，都容易讓人拆穿有整形。
 
現可結合3D列印技術，客製完全貼合骨骼且外型自然的人工骨下巴模，不過，費用較傳統方式貴2萬元，且不適合下巴明顯歪斜、戽斗嚴重、咬合有問題患者，需改以削骨或正顎手術，改善效果較佳。(林明佳／台北報導)

3D列印技術可依據每人下顎骨條件，以及整形期望，打造適合的人工骨下巴模。但術後下唇內側黏膜會有2~3公分傷口，要注意口腔清潔，且術後1個月內都要避免做托腮、托下巴動作，以免位移。張博全醫師提供
