標題[請益] 台中想找擅長"割烹"的日本料理餐廳?

1.想找的餐飲類別 日本料理-割烹 也就是說, 必須由師傅來親自操刀, 擅長利用當季食材打造客製化料理的餐廳. 2.用餐地區 台中市都可以... 我住東區, 目前找到的餐廳在西區和西屯區... 如果一定要縮小範圍, 可以盡量從這三區著手建議餐廳. 3.每人預算 新台幣$3000元左右皆可. 4.用餐時段 週末/晚餐 5.用餐人數 3人 6. 查詢精華區及板面文章後拿不定主意的候選店家 雖然爬過文了, 但相關討論卻不多... 目前比較偏好的是真樹壽司和清美這兩家 朋友從國外回來, 打算趁這個機會好好地喝喝酒聊聊天 但他嘴很挑啊...比我還挑...金牛座很難搞XD 所以找餐廳這事也讓我很煩惱... 可以肯定的是他想吃"割烹"料理 可接受生食, 喜歡吃海鮮, 尤愛貝類...但貝類處理得好的餐廳不多見... 所以再請大家推薦囉! 非常感謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.240.175.102 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1399995247.A.6AD.html
