標題[討論] 學徒就該工時長薪資少嗎

前天去面試攝影師助理 面試我的是自己創業的老闆 他跟我講一堆道理 他有問我為什麼你之前去面試的公司都沒錄取 如果你真的想投入這行業你可以跟公司說 我對這行業很有興趣我願意一個月拿一萬薪水希望能錄取我 不懂他講這話什麼意思，我只是很簡單回這不符合勞基法規定阿 他又開始劈哩啪啦講一堆，做學徒就薪水低工時長阿 既然學徒被講得這麼不值錢，那公司就不要請學徒阿 最好是學徒做的事情都給攝影師一手包辦 這樣子的公司還做得下去嗎? 各位對學徒的職位有什麼看法嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.165.228.249 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1399711063.A.F5B.html
