台北市財政局今天說，信義區信義段三小段6地號（A25）市有土地設定地上權案二度流標，今天辦理第3次公告招商。

財政局指出，「台北市信義區信義段三小段6地號（A25）市有土地設定地上權案」第2次公告招商已於今年4月28日截止投標收件，但因無人投標，宣布流標；今天辦理第3次公告，徵求民間投資人參與投標。

財政局指出，此案基地坐落於北市松高路與松勇路口東北側，土地面積1萬8022平方公尺（約5452坪），今年土地公告現值總計約新台幣166億元，土地使用分區為「業務設施區（信義計畫區特定專用區）」，建蔽率40%，容積率400%。

財政局說，此案地上權存續期間為50年，重新訂定權利金底價為172.8億元，並修正相關投標條件，訂於6月23日下午5時截止投標。(中央社)
