郝龍斌昨晚10點30分第二度招開記者會，表示白天將清空忠孝西路，將路權還給台北市民，《蘋果》記者獨家直擊警方已經出動2部鎮暴水車，目前正在路邊加水，可以預見警方將有進一步的動作。（突發中心／台北報導）
