市民大道塞爆 一度車速5公里

忠孝、中山路口被癱瘓，忠孝西路替代動線市民大道也受到衝擊，下午起開始呈現塞爆狀態。

反核遊行癱瘓忠孝西路，不僅45萬公車族受影響，替代動線市民大道也受到衝擊，下午起開始呈現塞爆狀態。市民大道環河北路至中山南北路段車流速度不會高於時速30公里，晚間10點時一度只有時速5公里，接近行人步行速度。

忠孝西路被反核遊行癱瘓，市民大道是第一替代動線，公車、遊覽車、汽機車全都改走市民大道，也讓市民大道從下午起開始塞車。市民大道環河北路至中山南北路段首當其衝，多個路口因車輛太多，車流速度緩慢。
